Happiness is ACCEPTANCE !

In our daily lives, we must see that it is not happiness that makes us grateful, but the gratefulness that makes us happy. Wherever my story takes me, however dark and difficult the things, there is always some hope and recovery, not because readers like happy endings, but because I am an optimist at heart. I know the sun will rise in the morning, that there is a light at the end of every tunnel

Everything is a gift of the universe–even joy, anger, jealously, frustration, or separateness. Everything is perfect either for our growth or our enjoyment. If you start to think the problem is ‘out there’, you stop yourself. That thought is the problem. The best remedy for those who are afraid, lonely or unhappy is to go outside, somewhere where they can be quiet, alone with the heavens, nature and God. As long as this exists, and it certainly always will, then there will be comfort for every sorrow, whatever the circumstances may be.

When one door of happiness closes, another opens, but often we look so long at the closed door that we do not see the one that has been opened for us .Don’t rely on someone else for your happiness and self-worth. Only you can be responsible for that. If you can’t love and respect yourself – no one else will be able to make that happen. ACCEPT WHO YOU ARE – completely; the good and the bad – and make changes as YOU see fit – not because you think someone else wants you to be different.

Happiness cannot be traveled to, owned, earned, worn or consumed. Happiness is the spiritual experience of living every minute with love, grace, and gratitude Happiness is not something ready-made. It comes from your own actions the happiness of your life depends upon the quality of your thoughts Being happy doesn’t mean everything is perfect. It means you’ve decided to look beyond the imperfections. Happiness is not having what you want. It is appreciating what you have!!!

Everyone wants to live on top of the mountain, but all the happiness and growth occurs while you are climbing it. Live with intention. Walk to the edge. Listen hard. Practice wellness. Laugh. Choose with no regret. Do what you love. Live as if this is all there is. Enjoy your own life without comparing it with that of another!!
