Sometimes this is All you need …

Life comes at you fast. You can be having a great time, having elevation of success, but, when things start crashing down; Issue after issue comes, that loads down on you like hundreds of bricks, and you feel like you can’t breathe!

After we’ve had enough of this, we want to give up. Life gets to take some free punches at us straight in the stomach while we helplessly stand by and let it. We’re tired, defeated, broken…

Just don’t give up, Breathe. It’s only a bad DAY, not a bad LIFE.. Pause for a moment, Close your eyes, breathe, and focus on your breathe; and say “God I know it’s your plan; just help me through it”, and you will realize that you are okay in this moment…

Take a deep breath and listen to the joy of your heart “I am, I am, I am….”

Breathe in positive energy and breathe out negativity….Breathe in smiling, feeling the healing, and nourishing aspects of oxygen in your body. Feel the oxygen actually healing your body, restoring you to a peaceful state. Then breathe out thinking “Release”, releasing all of the tension in your body through your exhale….
