I have always seen that when you avoid something just because you are not comfortable with it, it becomes a monster.It takes strong WILLPOWER to overcome that fear. As we all know that when we try to get out of our comfort zone,things are difficult especially at the beginning.
Every one of us wants to fulfill their dreams in life.But most of us think that we have to do something extraordinary to achieve them.Then it comes to make excuses.Some says I do not have enough time right now. Some says I do not have enough skills yet. In these excuses, they even neglect little that they can do at present time.People do not start something because they lack will ; Strength comes later !
Often we tend to curse our fate or misfortune,The concept of fate is man-made.It is not enough that we wish to achieve something.We should have the proper willpower to carry out our thoughts.
If we look at our past we have number of things that we proud of.Do you remember anytime of your life when you were determined to do something and you did it?It could be some tough exam that you have passed or it could be some long trip that you finally have planned.Most of these things were not easy, but you got them because of your will.You wanted to do them at any cost.When you have such willpower, you will always find a way to do this.WILL POWER can be achieved by one of us by continuous process of concentration on noble objectives. Once acquired, it will enable us to have our way in all things…

required in every facet of life ! To start with, we need to manage our stress levels..Being under high levels of stress means that our body’s energy is used up in acting naturally and making decisions based on short-term outcomes….
Encourage yourself to stick to your plan. ENGAGE is a word of willpower because it takes us from desire into action. We move from the mental space of, “I’d like to…” or “One day…” into the physical realm of movement and “let’s do this!” as we ENGAGE with the intention of fulfilling our duty, obligation, or dream !!
So you sit down and make a plan. This doesn’t require much energy,and you can spread the work out over many days
Choose your objective ;Create a plan of attack ;Execute the plan With willpower you may take your time implementing steps 1 and 2,but when you get to step 3, you’ve got to hit it hard and fast.Don’t try to tackle your problems and challenges in such a way that a high level of willpower is required every day. Willpower is unsustainable, If you attempt to use it for too long, you’ll burn out.It requires a level of energy that you can maintain only for a short period of time…
I come across many people in my Gym whose objective is to lose weight and they properly attempt to go on diet and workout spending two hours in gym and they do OK with it the first week.But within a few weeks they fall back into old habits and gained all the weight back.They try again with different diets, but the result is still the same because, they can’t sustain momentum for long enough to reach your goal..
You can tackle that same goal with the proper application of willpower by accepting that you can only apply a short burst of willpower…maybe a few days at best.Don’t use willpower to attack your biggest problem directly.Use willpower to attack the environmental and social obstacles that support the problem.we can improve self-control through practice,testing ourselves on small tasks in order to strengthen our willpower for bigger challenges……
Changes become habit forming. It is said that it takes from 21 days upwards to form a new habit.Positive affirmations will encourage you to get back on track, get wiser and stronger with your willpower!!!!!
